Keri Probert is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant from London. She's also an independent McDonald's Quality Scout in her spare time, and she wanted to find out more about the nutritional content of our food, as well as how it's labelled. Kym and his family were invited to the FAI (Food Animal Initiative) in Oxford where during the visit they had a chance to put questions to McDonald’s Senior Agricultural Assurance Manager, David Thomas, and FAI Communications and New Business Development Director, Roland Bonney.
