These are the cuts of beef used to make the burgers. No offal, no brains, no entrails. Pure beef only.
For 3/4 of the year, from March - November the animals roam freely over 3 fields, they have 1 1/2 acres per mother + calf. That is a lot of space! They have access to lots of fresh grass, running water and can shelter under trees.

What are they fed? Isn’t it all GM to boost their growth?

If I am ill, the farmer treats me if I need it. He keeps me out of the food chain until all of the medication leaves my body.

Most of what I eat is grown here on the farm.

I am naturally a vegetarian. So I am fed a vegetarian diet. I eat lots of grass, sugar, beet, potatoes and silage. Silage is grass that is cut and covered in plastic so I can eat grass all year round.
