The Halal Food Authority has worked closely with McDonald’s and is delighted to bestow this trial with the HFA logo and symbol of approval. The Muslim Community can now enjoy all the chicken and fish products at the Southall restaurant as they are procured with full adherence to both the Islamic dietary rules and relevant EU hygiene, food safety and animal welfare regulations. From the slaughtering station to the processed food in-bay at the participating outlet, all aspects of Halal dictum together with the segregation and transportation of the products are authenticated.
