What made you want to be a Quality Scout?
I grew up on a farm, so I’ve always had a natural interest in where food comes from. Now, as a mum with a nine year old daughter, the quality of what we eat is even more important to me.
What are you hoping to find out?
I’m particularly interested in finding out more about Chicken McNuggets as my daughter really likes them – what goes into them and their coating? I’d also like to find out more about meat quality generally and other foods like potatoes and organic milk.
Anything else you'd like to add?
When I’m in the supermarket, I always check the label to see where the food has come from. As we eat in McDonald’s regularly I am really interested in finding out the source of the food we eat there too.
