35. Why do your outlets smell so bad? I walk past them in my town and they stink. the smell of grease turns my stomach. When are you going to do something about this? (I bet you don't post this question?)
Lots of restaurants or places where food is prepared omit cooking smells when you walk past. Some people regard these smells as pleasant whereas others find them to be unpleasant. McDonald’s has a system of filters in place to reduce this occurring but if you think that this is a particular issue with a specific restaurant please talk to that restaurant manager about this.

44. I’ve read that your slaughtering and meat-packing process means e-coli can be present in your products. Is this correct?
No. Due to the stringent procedures McDonald’s have in place, this is not the case. Only whole cuts of forequarter and flank beef cuts are used which are bought from farms accredited by nationally recognised Farm Assurance schemes. The entire supply chain is also closely monitored to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, safety and quality. There are stringent checks in place at every point of the supply chain, including the abattoirs to ensure that the cuts supplied to the hamburger patty producer are safe and that the patty producer operates to regularly audited high standards. In addition, there are also daily checks in place in restaurants to ensure these procedures are strictly followed.
