What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 2. Just a few observations I've made from my numerous visits. 1. Why do you use old limp skanky brown lettuce on burgers? 2. Why on occassions is the Cola watered down so much its tasteless. 3. Why when I order large fries do I constantly get half a box full amounting to a medium size but still pay full price? I'm sure you'll advise me to speak to the store manager, I several times and nothing ever changes!! Thanks

McDonald's apologises for the poor quality of food you appear to have received recently. This should not be the case as every measure is taken to ensure the best possible quality is delivered, every visit. The restaurant manager should have acted on your complaint but as it appears that she/he hasn't, we encourage you to call the Customer Service Team on 08705 244622 so that they can fully investigate any issues on your behalf.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 3. how polite are your Mc Donald's staffs, are they trained to deal with any problems that a customer has???
-
McDonald's staff should be polite and helpful at all times. McDonald's spends approximately £14 million per year on staff training which includes a customer care training programme, where staff are assessed on their customer service skills. For over a year and a half McDonald's ‘Hire the Smile' employee recruitment programme has been in place, which involves two interviews for each job candidate, plus an on-job assessment which looks at staff attitude and customer service skills. McDonald's UK is also an accredited Investor in People and has employee recognition awards in place in many restaurants such as employee of the month, quarter and year to help keep staff motivated. If you feel that you haven't received good service, please speak to the restaurant manager. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services on 08705 244 622 or by going to the ‘Contact Us’ section on this website.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 6. Why when I order something do I always get given the wrong thing?
-
Like any restaurant, McDonald's staff sometimes get orders a little bit wrong, particularly during busy periods. It shouldn't happen very often though, so maybe you've just had bad luck. If you do ever get the wrong order please just return it to the service area and they should be happy to replace or refund it for you.
