-
Providing free wireless internet access is a great idea and is something McDonald’s is currently exploring. The biggest challenges to doing this are ensuring that customer data is kept secure and providing a support centre to help customers if they have difficulty connecting to the service. McDonald’s is currently in discussion with its service providers and hopes to make an announcement in regards to this service.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 68. Why do we not have the option of plates eating in the restaurant, You have to take the food out of excess packaging and place it on an often "dirty" table. The tray mats might do , but you only get one per tray of food, and this may have to be shared between 4.
-
McDonald’s utilises disposable packaging for all food purchases, be they eat-in or take away for reasons of speed and efficiency. A typical restaurant in London’s West End may serve between 700 to 800 customers in one hour. McDonald’s customers expect to receive good, hot food, quickly, and as such it is not operationally practicable to use plates in restaurants for sit-in customers.

In McDonals's case, when you ask for water, why are staff always reluctant to give it making excuses and why does the water taste of fizzy orange drink? There is no excuse for not having sepeate taps and using the same ones as Fanta instead
-
McDonald’s is not aware of a legal requirement to provide tap water. However, McDonald’s will fulfil any requests for water by using the ‘Water’ button on the drinks tower, which delivers filtered, chilled water. Allowing the water to run through first should remove any Fanta syrup, but any flavour taints should be brought to the attention of the restaurant staff.

-
You can find food, ingredients and nutritional information online in the 'Eat Smart' section of www.mcdonalds.co.uk under the 'Nutrition Counter'. This includes calories, fat, and salt content plus food allergy lists. The nutritional breakdown is also available on the tray liners in McDonald’s restaurants.

McDonald’s has tested the Post Office type of queuing system in restaurants before. It found that most restaurants lacked the space for it, and that customers preferred the existing system.

-
No. McDonald’s wants to be its customers’ favourite place and way to eat. If music is being played in a restaurant it would be because the manager feels that’s what the customers might enjoy. The music is simply played in order to enhance the customer experience whilst eating in the restaurant.

-
This is not true. McDonald’s has recently undertaken a re-imaging project at the Friar Street restaurant, specifically including work to improve accessibility. An example of this is the construction of a new toilet facility at ground floor level. The front doors also have improved opening mechanics. If you have specific concerns McDonald’s will be happy to investigate, as the company prides itself on its work in this area.

This is certainly not a McDonald’s policy, and the company would like to take this opportunity to apologise to you. -
Prices are still displayed. You can see them in the restaurant window, at the side of the front counter, or in the Drive Thru lane or booth window. Prices are generally also printed on the product posters positioned above the front counter or in the Drive Thru lane. During some promotions, these may be removed and replaced with an illuminated sign that displays prices.
