Thanks for your interest in McDonald’s. The company pays differing rates based on job-type, age and location. Depending on the type of position you would like to take up at McDonald’s, the salary rates differ. For example, a starting salary for a trainee manager is currently between £18,500 and £21,500 a year, depending on location. The restaurant crew members are paid fortnightly. Why not visit your local restaurant and speak to the restaurant manager to find out about their rates of pay. Alternatively, try the ‘Careers’ section of www.mcdonalds.co.uk

242. Why is it so important for supervisors and managers to get on so well with eachother?
McDonald’s works hard to promote teamwork amongst its entire staff. All team members working on a shift have a part to play in providing a great customer experience. This cannot happen unless the three areas of the restaurant: The Kitchen, Front Counter and Dining Area, are working as a team under the manager’s supervision.
