1. is evrything cooked in same fryer.
Not all the meat is cooked on separate grills. For example, the breakfast pork is cooked or warmed on the same grill as the beef, where as chicken is fried in dedicated vats in the kitchens. (December 2006) FEBRUARY '08 UPDATE: McDonald’s UK now do not use any hydrogenated oil in any food items across the entire menu.

2. Do your burgers contain poo? And also is the meat held together with cow seamen? And can I have an honest answer, and not a generic answer. Also how many big macs can you make out of a cow?
No, All McDonald's hamburgers are made of beef. Nothing else. Just 100 percent beef, made from whole cuts of forequarter and flank (similar to the mince you'd buy in the supermarket). All that's added is a pinch of salt and pepper after cooking. With regard to your second question, like burgers and mince from other large food companies or your local butcher, there might be beef from more than one animal in McDonald's hamburger patties. Let's get this in perspective - there is milk from more than one cow in a carton of milk and juice from more than one orange in a carton of orange juice. The key point here is that all the meat we use is great quality. The company source from over 16,000 British and Irish farms, all producing to the same industry leading standards.

3. In America they have baked apple pies and here in England you have fried apple pies. Why don't you offer baked apple pies in the UK? They could be a healthier option even thought the fried apple pies taste the best
McDonald’s menus will differ slightly around the world as the company takes into consideration the tastes and traditions of customers. The decision to sell fried Apple Pies was taken as a result of positive customer feedback and research. However, providing customers with choice is important to the company, so if you feel strongly about seeing the Baked Apple Pie on the UK menu, please contact the Customer Services team via the 'Contact Us' section at www.mcdonalds.co.uk. They are always keen to hear your suggestions, and if demand for a product is high enough, it may just make an appearance.

4. How do u make the pastry of ur apple pies?
The pastry is made in a similar way to the way you would make it at home just on a bigger scale. The flour, vegetable shortening, water and crust improver are mixed together in a large bowl. Once blended it is tipped onto the pastry sheeting machine where it is rolled to the correct thickness before the pie filling is placed onto it. The crust improver contains ingredients such as salt, sugar, emulsifier, and flavouring to improve the flavour and make it easier to roll out in the sheeter without tearing. Once the pies are made they are coated with a glaze which prevents the pies from dehydrating when frozen and gives them that characteristic bubbly appearance when cooked in the restaurant.
