Thanks for your question. Overall, the menus are very similar with classics such as the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Hamburger and Cheeseburger appearing on both. However, there will be slight differences the menus will reflect the countries different tastes and traditions. There are a number of locations in the UK that might have two or more McDonald's restaurants on the same busy high street. For example, on Oxford Street in London, between Marble Arch and Tottenham Court Road, there are five restaurants. (June 2007)
