However, staff turnover at McDonald’s is lower than average for the fast food / quick service restaurant sector and it must also be taken into account that there are a lot of temporary and seasonal workers within the McDonald’s workforce. Turnover is monitored every two weeks and the rate of staff turnaround has decreased as improvements are being for staff.
