What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 17. I noticed that this website has stated that a McDonald's UK cheeseburger has a slice of cheddar on it. I live in the US and am confident that our cheeseburgers have a slice of American. Is this true and if so, what are the main differences between the UK and US McDonald's burgers?

Every time our MacDonalds replaces a large burnt cappuccino with a hot choc (cos the coffee machine broke down again) they said we had to have a medium hot choc as they didn't come in large.

Thank you for your question. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. McDonald’s Company owned restaurants do not sell a large hot chocolate however some franchised restaurants do. This is dependent on the type of machine they have installed.

Thank you for your question. McDonald’s beef patties are made from 100% beef, nothing is added – no binders or fillers or additives. Once the patty has been made, it is frozen and dispatched to the restaurants. The restaurants then use two-sided hotplates to cook the burgers from frozen, so no extra fat is added during cooking either. Finally, the burgers are seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper.
