1. How is the tasty 3:1 meat for the big tasty meat patty prepared and supplied to the restaurants? Where does it come from??
Thank you for your question. All of McDonald’s burgers are made of 100 percent British and Irish beef. Nothing but whole cuts of forequarter and flank (similar to the mince you'd buy in the supermarket). All that's added is a pinch of salt and pepper after cooking. The supplier of the Big Tasty patty is Esca Food Solutions UK. (December 2009)

2. Am i allowed to sell big macs out of my garage that i prepare myself?
Unfortunately you would not be able to recreate the McDonald’s Big Mac as all the food available at McDonald’s is prepared and sold exclusively through McDonald’s restaurants.
