2. I love how there are now some meals with brown rolls but I am still prevented from eating your lovely burgers as allergic to white bread and you don't do burgers in a brown bun - any chance that this could happen - it would be healthier for all as well.
A little bad news for you here, as there are no current plans to introduce brown buns to the hamburgers. However, if there is a large enough demand from customers- McDonald's would consider the possibility of introducing them in the future. (February 2008)

8. How much sugar is in your buns? And is this necessary or merely to make them more appealing to children. Also, where does your beef come from, what country? If it is from many places I would like a list please. JW
The burger buns contain the following amounts of sugar: The Big Mac Bun – 6g, the Regular Bun – 4.5g and the Quarter Bun – 4.7g. The Regular Bun is used in the Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Filet-o-Fish and BBQ Chicken Sandwiches. This works out to be rougly, 6%, 5%and 5% of your guideline Daily Amount respectively. Sugar is used as an ingredient partially because it does make the buns taste good, but also as it caramelises it allows the surface of buns to toast properly. All McDonald’s UK beef comes from the UK and Ireland. Only in exceptional circumstances, if demand exceeds supply, would the company look further afield. In such an instance it would look to a European supplier, most probably Germany.
