- 1. Now that my favourite burger is off the menu, the McChicken Premiere can you tell me the exact difference between it and the McChicken Sandwich? Thanks.

Firstly apologies for the slow reply to your question, there have been some recent technical fixes that have been carried out on the site which caused a slight delay in answering your question, but the things are back on track and thank you for your patience in waiting for your reply. Now, it’s great to hear that you enjoyed the McChicken Premiere, however, there a few little differences between the Premiere and the McChicken Sandwich that gives them their unique tastes. The Premiere chicken patty has slightly different breadcrumb spicy seasoning coating and the bun used was a Focaccia style with herbs. Two sauces were also available in the sour cream and chive and tomato salsa.

It was absolutely disgusting - the bread was soft and soggy, the chicken tasted like nothing, the texture was revolting and the cucumber had an ugly backtaste. The roll stuck to the paper it was served in and the whole thing fell apart. It was simply vile. Would you publish this on your website?

The company apologises for the disappointing sandwich you experienced. McDonald's works hard to prepare all of its food to the highest standards that the company has set for itself and that customers expect. Unfortunately on this occasion this was not reached and the company hopes that you brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager at the time. In the future, if you receive food that you are not happy with, please, please let the restaurant manager know, they will see to it that a fresh order is prepared for you and investigate reasons why the original order was not up to standard.

That's right. All the chicken menu items are made from 100 per cent deboned chicken breast meat.

Apart from a slight change in the shape of the buns, the McChicken Sandwich is the same size that it has always been.

Chicken used to make the McChicken Sandwich or Premier is cooked for three minutes and 30 seconds. It may take a little longer to prepare the whole sandwich because the bun also needs to be toasted and the other ingredients added.
