1. Hello, I understand fries have to be sold within 5 minutes after being cooked; does this apply to all of the restaurants in the UK? If they've been there longer then 5 minutes and I mention this would they cook some more? Also please can you confirm the amount of time after cooking fish fingers have to be sold? Thanks
Thank you for your question. Yes, to ensure that McDonald’s Fries are served to you hot and fresh; all our Fries must be sold within 5 minutes of being cooked. If you ever have been sold cold Fries, please speak to the restaurant manager on duty. With regards Fish Fingers their holding time in the UHC (Universal holding cabernet) is 10 minutes. (Jan 2010)
