1. why do you pre cook your pancakes and then microwave them? They have the texture of rubber! Can you not cook then fresh to order?
The Pancakes are cooked in the microwave as restaurants lack the necessary equipment to make them all fresh. However, they should not be rubbery in texture, and if you are dissatisfied with your order please talk to the restaurant manager, or call the Customer Services Team on 08705 244 622 so that this can be fully investigated.
