- 1. Hello, I heard that the mayo and the sweet chili sauce have gelatin in them, is this the case? and if it is can i have a complete list of all the products in your store that contain gelatin. Thank you

Thank you for your question. McDonald's UK does not use gelatin in any of the products currently on sale in our restaurants. You can find the ingredient declarations for all menu items by visiting the food pages of our website www.mcdonalds.co.uk and selecting Nutrition & Ingredients. (May 2011)

Thanks for your question. McDonald’s started using Heinz ketchup in around 2004 and yes, we still use it. (April 2011)

Thank you for your question. McDonald's UK advises you to discuss any specific health concerns during pregnancy with your midwife or GP. The egg yolk used in our mayonnaise and all McDonald's egg-based sauces is pasteurised. (March 2011)

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 5. Hi Can you tell me where legend mayo and normal mayo is sourced from. Is it made in the Uk? If not where is it made? This is a question for the apprenticeship programme and all I can find is the ingredients which I don't really need.

Thank you for your question. The exact composition for the Big Mac sauce is a well-kept secret, but the ingredients are water, vegetable oil, gherkins, sugar, vinegar, modified corn starch, egg yolk, spices, fructose, salt, stabiliser E415 xanthan gum, preservative E202 potassium sorbate and some spice extracts.
