- 1. Im 24 now but when I was 8 I had a birthday party in McDonalds and I was expecting Ronald McDonald to be there and sing Happy Birthday to em but he wasnt!!! Where was he, ive been upset about this ever since, in fact im never having another McDonalds party unless you promise he will be there.

McDonald's is sorry to hear that your eight birthday party didn't go according to plan and apologises on behalf of Ronald for his non-appearance. It being such a long time ago it is difficult to give you a reason as to why he didn't make it to your party. However, you ought to know that Ronald McDonald only makes limited appearances at social public functions so it is highly unlikely that he will be able to attend your birthday parties in the future, sorry.

McDonald's apologises for any confusion caused but the restaurant at Kingswood Aspects Leisure Park - Bristol does not do birthday parties. For your nearest restaurant that hosts birthday parties please visit is the Cribbs Causeway restaurant, or you can contact them on 01179 501523.
