Candidates must display good levels of teamwork, speed, accuracy, customer engagement, and personal interaction. When it comes to promotion, crew members can be promoted to Staff Trainer, Customer Care Assistant, Party Entertainer or Floor Manager if they display the qualities and competencies relevant for that role. This is more down to attitude and abilities, as opposed to length of service.
