1. on the 23rd of january i purchased a mcflurry. When i received my mcflurry it was nothing but warm milk. I was disgusted by my purchase and i left the restarant in total disgrace.
McDonald's is disappointed to hear about your recent experience at its restaurants and would like to apologise. Customer satisfaction is fundamental to the success of the company, and McDonald’s sets itself very high standards that it expects to be maintained at all times. McFlurry's should always be served cold. If this is not the case then please return it to the service area and staff should be happy to replace it for you or offer you a refund. If this becomes a constant issue with a particular restaurant, please contact Customer Services on 08705 244 622 so that this can be fully investigated.
