What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 5. Hello Ronald McDonald! I was watching a tv show and it showed a mcdonalds restruant with lots of rats in the kitchen. Why was this? thanks for your time
-
McDonald’s is unaware of this particular program you have mentioned. However, rest assured the company has strict policies in place with regards to hygiene and restaurant cleanliness, and any suspected infestation would be dealt with immediately. All McDonald’s staff, from the day that they begin their employment with the company, are thoroughly trained in various aspects of hygiene, and follow very strict procedures to ensure that restaurants are inspected and cleaned regularly. Managers and staff are extremely vigilant when food is being prepared, however, if you see anything that contravenes the strict hygiene standards that McDonald’s has set, please bring it to the attention of the restaurant manager, or contact the Customer Services Team on 08705 244622.

I was in McD's in Bulwell, the cleaner cleaned a babyseat and the foot tray of that seat then cleaned the table with the same cloth, no disinfectant just the cloth, transfering the germs from the foot tray onto the table, I may never eat in McD's again until I have assurance this is not commom practice. A disgusted diner
-
McDonald’s is disappointed to hear about your experience and would like to apologise as this practice is not how McDonald’s employees are trained. All items are usually cleaned using a four step method: scrub, rinse, sanitise and air dry. All restaurants must use cleaning chemicals from an approved McDonald’s supplier. All McDonald's staff, from the day that they begin their employment with the company, are thoroughly trained in various aspects of hygiene, enabling them to operate a ‘Clean As You Go’ principle that sees employees clean up as they work. McDonald’s would like to assure you that the company sets itself high standards with regards to cleanliness, and in future if you see anything that contradicts this, please bring it to the attention of the restaurant manager immediately so that a thorough investigation can be conducted. Alternatively you can call the Customers Services Team on 08705 244 622.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 7. At Edinburgh approx 1.30a.m 27/07/08 we went for burgers. Why was the place so short staffed? Why was the place absolutely filthy and every table piled high with wrappers etc? Why were the toilets so unclean to go into? I have taken photographs which I will forward as proof when you require them.
-
During quieter hours, the restaurant manager will reduce the amount of staff on duty; however there is no good reason why the restaurant should be so unclean. Cleanliness is very important to McDonald's, and the company prides itself on high standards. Each restaurant should be cleaned thoroughly daily, with the manager having daily checklist of tasks that must be completed in order to ensure this. If this isn’t the case, please contact the Customer Services Team on 08705 244 622 or by visiting the ‘Contact Us’ section at www.mcdonalds.co.uk. The Customer Services team will be interested to investigate your photographic evidence.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 8. Hello, your restaurants are all kept to a very clean standard. Can you tell me if the cleaning products you use (floor cleaner, dishwasher solution, disinfectants etc) are ethically bought and are not tested on animals? Non-animal tested cleaning products aren't necessarily more expensive, in fact sometimes they can cost less. Thank you!
-
Thank you for your question. McDonald’s UK purchases all of its products ethically. With regards to its cleaning supplies, our supplier would only test on animals where required to so so by regulation and European law.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 11. how often are the toilets cleaned
-
McDonald’s knows how important clean toilets are to customers. Toilets are checked for cleanliness every fifteen minutes and clean them when they need cleaning through the day. McDonald’s has a daily checklist which managers must complete to ensure cleanliness is a part of daily activity.
