Thank you for your question. McDonald’s does not think it appropriate to comment directly on its competitors. However it is certainly true that the company operates in a competitive market and has numerous competitors in the catering sector ranging from fast food restaurants to traditional fish and chip shops. Thanks for your question. Millions of people in the UK visit McDonald’s restaurants and enjoy the great tasting food each year. McDonald’s is a very recognised brand with a strong business strategy and a positive outlook for the future. McDonald's are always looking to respond to customer needs and we hope that this does not become an issue in the future. (January 2011)

Thanks for your questions. McDonald’s is constantly monitoring its products and services to ensure we provide the best and most popular products to our customers. McDonald’s undertakes a number of different market research projects each year to constantly evaluate the best possible business strategy for the company to ensure we are leaders in the market. With regards to McDonald’s employees, each employee undertakes training for their specific job and will receive adequate training during their career.
