What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 8. The McDonalds at Ligonier Indiana is a mess. The heat does not work enough to heat the building, the driveway has a hole so big it is ruining peoples tires and has been that way for a long time. This is not the managers fault but the owner does not maintain the business. We had a snow storm day before yesterday and they did not clean the drive ways or open the business until this morning and still the driveways were just starting to be cleaned out.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 11. Why are the menus in your stores so close to the counter? It's pretty cringeworthy having to fend off hordes of overeager staff who want to take my order as I crane my neck peruse your offerings. Reading material in the bathroom stalls would be nice too, you know, to 'ease the process'. Perhaps you could set up a small honor-system bookshelf next to the condom machine? You could call it 'McBookz' -- the 'z' makes it trendy, you see.

Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear you don’t like the positioning of the in-store menus. You are of course welcome to take as long as you like before placing your order. You can also view the menu online at www.mcdonalds.co.uk .

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 15. Having recently eaten from your breakfast menu on Oxford St., London (Tottenham Ct. Station end). We were very surprised to notice that the bacon being used is actually streaky not back bacon as advertised on your posters. Is there a reason for this? Or is it that it is being used to cheapen the product.
-
McDonald’s is sorry to hear of your experience and we hope you reported it to the restaurant staff at the time. You are correct to point out that all breakfast menu items containing bacon should be served with smoked back bacon. If you are ever again not entirely satisfied with your meal or service, or believe this matter should be investigated further please get in contact with the Customer Service team by sending them an email using the ‘Contact Us’ link at www.mcdonalds.co.uk or calling them on 08705 244 622.
