Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, McDonald's do not currently offer gift vouchers. However, selected restaurants do run Birthday Parties for children. The Restaurant Finder section on www.mcdonalds.co.uk has more information on participating restaurants. (March 2011)

Thanks for your question. There are obviously a number of resources to McDonald’s that are very important. The people, our staff are the most important; McDonald’s staff ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the production of food, operations, hygiene, safety, customer services and finally, providing the top quality food millions of our customers enjoy each year in the UK. As for our physical and technological resources, things such as the restaurant buildings, our fleet of delivery vehicles, all of the cooking equipment, tills, electronic payment equipment and of course the food are all vital in providing a great tasting product. Thanks for your questions. It is difficult for us to specifically identify how many meals we serve in the UK each day, however on average we serve around 3.5 million customers per day. (January 2011)

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 6. Hi, I love McDonalds. Anyways, my question is: I've seen a posting about an offer for 2 hamburgers and 2 small fries for £2.50. My local McDonalds in Pollokshaws Rd Glasgow doesn't do this and really doesn't do any special offers. I've been a customer there for years and each twice a week. Why doesn't McDonalds have a customer loyalty offer? Thanks and keep up the good work.

Because many of McDonald’s restaurants are franchised, there are a number of different loyalty schemes, which could suggest why the offer you described is not available everywhere. In the UK, and all around the world, McDonald's serve many different types of people. We serve more than 2 million customers each day - they all expect to be able to buy good food at affordable prices at McDonald's but additionally we see an increasing demand for more variety of menu items to fit in with our customers' changing lifestyles. For example, we recognise our customers' increasing concerns with healthier lifestyles, and have introduced a wider variety of menu choices that cater to all diets, such as Fruit Bags, Carrot Sticks, Organic Milk and Salads. Additionally, McDonald's provides detailed nutritional content information on all its food items. While it isn’t always possible to cater for all, McDonald’s has received good feedback from its customers in regards to the new menu additions, and will always endeavour to provide its customers with as much choice as possible.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 8. I once heard Ronald made a special appearance at the Queen's birthday 8 eights ago. Is this true? Did the Queen ask specially for him, and was it because she's a massive McDonald's fan? If so what's her favourites? I think she looks like a Big Mac girl to me!

As far as anybody at McDonald's is aware, Ronald McDonald has never had an audience with the Queen. With approximately two million people visiting and enjoying McDonald's UK restaurants everyday, there is a possibility that the Queen may have eaten a McDonald's meal at some point. However, the company has no record of this.
