1. why is it that when you go through the drive though these days the are either rushing you or making you go round the corner and wait even if no one is behind you?? It is horrible like they don't care about you as a customer just about rushing you through!!

2. why is it every time i go through a Mcdonalds drive thru when i receive my order its always wrong (very annoying)
Like any restaurant, McDonald's staff sometimes get orders a little bit wrong, particularly during busy periods. It shouldn't happen very often though, so maybe you've just had bad luck. If you do ever get the wrong order please just return it to the service area and they should be happy to replace or refund it for you.

3. Whys the food always cold when you get it through the drive thru?
McDonald's aims to serve food hot. If you feel that this is not the case please bring it to the attention of the restaurant management team so they can sort it out.

4. why when i go to the drive through am i sent to wait for my food in a parking spot when ordering something as simple a big mac meal?
Sorry if you feel that you have received slow service at a Drive Thru. On average, McDonald’s aims to serve customers visiting the Drive Thru in three and a half minutes. But the time taken to serve customers may vary depending on how busy the restaurant is and how many cars are in the queue.

5. My question for McDonalds is- whenever my and my family visit a drive-through the staff always seem to either get the order completely wrong, the food is cold or we wait ages in the waiting bay? this happens at any restraunt even when they are not busy, why does this happen? Thank you
Like any restaurant, McDonald’s staff members may sometimes get orders a little bit wrong, particularly during busy periods. If you do ever get the wrong order please just return it to the service area and they should be happy to replace or refund it for you.

6. after how long can i complain if i have been waiting for 15minutes in the drive thro? (the rep who owns the tom tom sat nav needs a '300' model - mine has mcdonalds in its memory!)

7. i regularly visit McDonalds but why do the staff forget to put part of your order in the bag when you go through the drive thru?Why do you sometimes get a burger that is plain when you asked for ot dressed? That is so annoying!

8. Why is it when I use the drive-through and ask for a large meal instead of a medium, I get a medium fries in a large container. I don't like paying for a large meal and only getting a coke with more ice in it. Is there any way I can complain? This seems to happen at every McD's I go to.
This shouldn’t happen. If you are served a portion that is unsatisfactory, please return it or speak to the restaurant manager or our Customer Services Team on 08705 244 622. You can also request little or no ice in your drink at the next time you place an order.

9. HOW LONG SHOULD WE EXPECT TO HAVE TO WAIT AT A DRIVE THROUGH FOR OUR ORDER?? IS THERE SPECIFIC TIME LIMITS THAT THE FOOD IS SET TO BE OUT BEFORE AS PER THE MCDONALDS WAY???

10. Why is it that whenever I order food from the drive through, I always have to wait in the car park for it to be brought out? And why when it is brought out is it wrong 90% of the time? And why does it seem to always taste of deep fried cardboard?
