3. Dear Mcdonalds, In late 2006 early 2007 you released Yugioh cards as part of your Happy Meal (GX cards MDP2) and I was wondering why are they only in the US and not in the UK? Yours sincerely Thomas
While some Happy Meals run all over the world, the overall calendar of Happy Meals differs from country to country. Each license choice is based on research and trends in that particular country. In the UK, Yugioh didn’t prove very popular in the research, so unfortunately it never ran over here as a McDonald’s promotion.

4. how can start mcdonald's children club that we allow children to know what they are eating .
All McDonald’s customers can find out about what they are eating by looking at the nutritional information on the back of tray liners in restaurants, on the food packaging and by going to the ‘Eat Smart’ section of www.mcdonalds.co.uk. There is also a specific website for Happy Meals: www.happymealchoice.co.uk, which includes a nutrition counter and advice on balanced diets for children.

5. Great web site, this should set the standard for others to follow. I have a mac card which is a few years old, every time I ask for an update I get a differnt answer, can you tell me who I should ask next? Q2. Why is it that some times I get charged for sauce and somtimes not?
MAC is now an online only club, and there are no longer cards for members. Members receive a monthly email with news of McDonald’s latest food, promotions and offers, plus an automatic entry into a free prize draw linked to the current Happy Meal. For more info visit www.mcdonalds.co.uk and click on the MAC button on the homepage. As for your question about sauces: a number of McDonald’s restaurants in the UK are run by franchisees. Some of these make a small charge for sauce sachets, many do not.

7. Aren’t you encouraging people to get fat with ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offers?
These offers, like those run by many other food retailers, tend to be short, value driven promotions, and McDonald's ensure these are aimed at adults - and responsibly advertised as being intended for two people, or as a one-off.

9. Why did you sponsor the World Cup when your the epitome of what sport fights against.... bad health, laziness, etc...? I don't think many athletes 'dine' in your 'restraunts', do you?
Football is a passion for both McDonald's employees and the millions of families and young people around the world that are served everyday. Because football is relevant to McDonald’s customers it makes sense to help celebrate and bring to life the World Cup in restaurants through tickets, promotions or the Player Escort programme. For more than 25 years McDonald’s has built up a proud heritage of supporting football, from grassroots level to international tournaments and are focused on encouraging young people to play football by making the game more accessible and appealing to families and young people.
