Sorry if you feel that you have received slow service at a Drive Thru. McDonald’s aims to serve customers visiting a Drive Thru in three and a half minutes, but this can vary depending on how busy the restaurant is and how many cars are in the queue.

McDonald’s always aims to serve food fast and this should always be the case. If this hasn’t been your experience please talk to the restaurant manager about it immediately.

McDonald’s Deli Sandwiches are freshly prepared in the restaurant when they’re ordered. This shouldn’t take ten minutes though, so please talk to your restaurant manager if this happens again.
