Thanks for your question. A Big Tasty bun contains approximately 40g of available carbohydrate per bun and a portion of Big Tasty Sauce contains approximately 3g of available carbohydrates. (March 2011)

2. What sauce do you use in the Big Tasty burger
The Big Tasty sauce is exclusive to McDonald’s and the actual recipe is a closely-guarded secret. However, the ingredients are: Vegetable oil, water, sour cream (contains milk), egg yolk, sugar, flavourings and flavouring preparations (contains dried glucose syrup from wheat, lactose, whey powder, molten butter, sodium caseinate and modified coconut oil), modified maize starch, salt, spirit vinegar, onion powder, yeast extracts (contains sunflower oil), dried autolysed yeast, garlic powder, black pepper, stabilisers (E415, E412), maltodextrin (wheat), lactic acid, paprika, preservative (E202) and spice extract.
