What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 2. Hi, I love fish fingers however sometimes they are chewey and not that hot so have obviously been left for a long time. Is is true you have a 5 minute standing rule or they have to be thrown away? Thanks

Thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear of your experience at one of our restaurants, please let the restaurant manager know of your experience. McDonald’s Fish Fingers holding time in the UHC (Universal holding cabernet) is 10 minutes. (February 2011)

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 3. It's confusing as to what fish you are using, if you read the answers given out here on MUYOM. For example, in some answers you say you now use Hoki, but then at the bottom of the same answer you often say NOVEMBER 07 UPDATE: Alaskan Pollock is now used. So what's going on? Has the fish changed from Pollock to Hoki, or Hoki to Pollock?

Thank you for your question. McDonald’s is sorry for any confusion caused, the Fish Fingers are made using filleted Hoki fish and the McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish uses either Alaskan Pollock or Hoki. All of McDonald’s fish is additive-free and sourced from sustainable fisheries.
