1. how do you keep the fruit in the fruit bags so fresh and not from browning at all. Do you vacuum pack the packets at all or is it all about timing.
Thanks for your question. All our fruit is washed before preparation and packing to ensure a clean and safe fruit is prepared for our customers. The apples are cored, segmented and dipped in an antioxidant solution containing Vitamin C to prevent browning.

2. Does the McDonalds corporation beleive that a person can maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain at an apropraite weight by eating ONLY at McDonalds even if they continue with needed physical activity? and how many things on the McDonalds menu does the McDonalds Corporation actually consider "healthy" for the average person?
Thank you for your question. Most nutritionists would advise that there is no such thing as a 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' food item - only unbalanced, 'unhealthy' lifestyles that lack variation and moderation in the individual's diet and exclude any regular physical activity. McDonald's as a corporation takes great pride in the food that it provides offering a menu which continues to provide customers' favourite burgers and fries alongside newer items such as Toasted Deli sandwiches, a variety of salads, carrot sticks and organic milk. In addition, full nutritional information is provided, so customers can make better informed decisions about what to eat. If moderation, balance and regular physical activity are integrated into a person's lifestyle, then McDonald’s food can be enjoyed responsibly by anybody. (Jan 09)
