McDonald’s cannot give specific health advice. It is correct that the French Fries are sometimes coated in a small amount of dextrose. If this is a concern for you, consult your doctor for advice on dietary requirements. The dextrose McDonald’s uses is derived from maize and therefore does not contain any of the 12 main allergens listed on the back of the tray liners.
