1. Why did you change from the chicken breast filet in the chicken premier and do how do you remove the meat from the chicken?
The McChicken Premiere was standardised across the whole of Europe and changed from what you describe as ‘chicken breast filet’ to ‘formed breast meat’. It is however, the exact same high quality chicken breast. The meat is carefully deboned from the chicken breast before it is supplied to McDonald’s, in the same way it would be by a supermarket or a butcher.

2. wat sauces do you put in your chicken premieres
There are two sauces in the McChicken Premiere: a salsa sauce and a sour cream and chive sauce. The ingredients are here for you: Salsa Sauce Tomato puree (71%), sugar, spirit vinegar, modified maize starch, spices, salt, oregano, and preservative (E202 potassium sorbate). Sour Cream & Chive Sauce: vegetable oil, water, sour cream (17%) (contains milk), free range egg yolk, salt, E270 lactic acid, chives (0.5%), modified maize starch, spirit vinegar, stabilisers (E415 xanthan gum, E412 guar gum), preservative (E202 potassium sorbate) and natural rosemary extract.
