-
Thank you for your question. McDonald's UK would like to assure you that all food items and ingredients on the menu comply with the relevant EU legislation and are safe to eat. Titanium dioxide is an EU approved colour and is widely used in the food industry. It is occasionally used in skimmed milk powder but our records show that titanium dioxide is not used in the skimmed milk powder that is an ingredient in some of our food products.

-
Yes, our standard hamburger is made from nothing but 100% cuts of beef and just seasoned with a little salt and pepper after cooking.
We'd advise any customers with specific dietary requirements to check McDonald’s nutritional breakdown available both online www.mcdonalds.co.uk in the ‘Food’ section under ‘Nutrition’ or on the reverse of trayliners in restaurants.

-
Thank you for your question. This site has been set up to deal primarily with issues in the UK and therefore can only provide information regarding UK menu items. If you are referring to McDonalds Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Selects, the Chicken Selects do not contain any milk products. Unfortunately, the Chicken McNuggets do contain milk in the specially seasoned batter. Nutritional information for all McDonald's menu items can be found under 'Food' at www.mcdonalds.co.uk and on the back of all McDonald's UK trayliners.
