Thank you for your question. McDonald’s Breakfast Sausage is made from cuts of trimmed, cured and sliced pork. Other minor ingredients in the recipe include salt, dextrose, herb and herb extract, glucose syrup, spice, and yeast extract. McDonald’s breakfast sausages are made from cuts of pork, lightly seasoned with herbs, they are cooked between hot plates that cook them from both sides - a similar cooking process to the grilling machines that are sold in a variety of kitchenware stores.
