1. Please can you give me a list of starch levels in your food (and beverages if applicable). Thank you
The level of starch, as you probably already know, is calculated by subtracting the amount of sugars for each item from the amount of carbohydrate. For example, the Big Mac contains 41g carbohydrate of which 9g is sugars and so the starch level is 32g. Or for a drink example, the medium Strawberry Milkshake contains 66g of carbohydrate of which 63g is sugars so it contains 3g of starch. All the carbohydrate and sugar information is listed on the back of tray liners in McDonald’s restaurants, in the ‘Our Food’ booklet and in the Eat Smart section of www.mcdonalds.co.uk under Ingredients List.
