McDonald's believes that it’s Chicken McNuggets taste great and it seems our customers would agree as they are a firm favourite with them. With this in mind there are no plans to change them, and the company has no plans to introduce a 'Beef McNugget'. (September 2008)

6. Hi, Why did you stop mustard dips? They were really good with a sausage and egg mcmuffin! Will they ever return?
McDonald’s stopped selling the Mild Mustard dip because it wasn’t popular enough with UK customers to keep on the menu. if there is a big enough demand for this product, then McDonald's would consider the possibility of bringing them back to the menu. (July 2008)

7. Why dont McDonalds support local foods in the different regions eg Eccles cakes in manchester Scouse in Liverpool IRN Bru in Glasgow Weetos in Birmgham Savaloy in London etc This would make your menu a little more interesting and promote local companies !!!!!!! Get in sorted Ronald !!!!!!!!
Firstly McDonald's apologises unreservedly for the late reply to your question. There were some technical problems which caused some questions to slip through. Regarding your question, Thanks for the suggestions, but McDonald's do support local foods. All beef comes from Britain and Ireland, milk comes from the British Isles and the Cheddar Cheese comes from England and Wales, just to name a few items. You may be surprised to find that Irn Bru is actually sold in many restaurants in Scotland. If you'd like to see something in particular added to the menu, you can make a suggestion by visiting the 'Contact Us' section on www.mcdonalds.co.uk.

9. I cant beleive mcminis were unpopular i thought they were really good i love things with abit of variety like that. Will you bring them back in the near future?
Apologies for the slow response to your question, there were a few that slipped through due to technical reasons. Glad you enjoyed them. Unfortunately, the McMinis were not very popular across all customers and for this reason they were withdrawn. Currently there are no plans to re-introduce the McMinis to the McDonald's UK menu. 11. I don't like egg, so often ask for a Bacon and Sausage McMuffin. Sometimes your staff will make this for me, but other times they refuse saying that this is a non menu product and the till doesn't contain the correct button for stock control purposes. Surely this is terrible customer service! Why does this happen? Please give me blanket permission to have this order in all UK MacDonald's!
McDonald's apologises for any inconvenience caused. Although blanket permission can't be granted, there should be no reason why you cannot have your breakfast muffin without egg. However, as you mentioned your order, which is known as a grill order, is not a standard breakfast item and as such there is no till functionality for it so you will be charged the full price of the standard menu item. Sorry. If you find that counter staff are reluctant to prepare your grill order please bring it immediately to the attention of the restaurant manager. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Service Team on 08705 244622. The team will be able to investigate any matters on your behalf. (August 2007)

But if you'd like to see them introduced, you can make a suggestion by contacting the Customer Services Team on 08705 244622 or visit the 'Contact Us' section on www.mcdonalds.co.uk. 14. You continue to state there is a Vegetable Deluxe, Veggie Melt and Spicy Veggie Deli Sandwich. This isn't the case, even on the website. The only current main meal option is a Spicy Vegi Deli Sandwich. WHY can't you get more veggie options, preferably more imaginative than a spicy bean burger cut in half and stuck in a sub. It's almost as horrid as your Quorn failure. Subway's Veggie Patty is MUCH more appealing and inventive.
McDonald's is sorry to hear that you don't like the vegetarian options available. The Veggie Deluxe is still available, but only in restaurants where the demand is high. If you have feel strongly about seeing more vegetarian options on the menu, please contact the Customer Services Team on 08705 244622 or visit the 'Contact Us' section on www.mcdonalds.co.uk.
