1. Hi There, was just wondering with your breakfast menu, are the varieties of Milkshakes available? If not, why? Thank you. Holly x
Thanks for your question. Milkshakes are a main menu item; 24 hour stores will use the breakfast shift to clean the milkshake machine. Some stores may have Milkshakes available during breakfast but this will be store dependant. Please ask at the counter the next time you visit a McDonald’s restaurant. (February 2011)

2. I was in the USA about 20 years ago and they had lower fat milkshakes, ice creams and even burgers on the menu. Why can't we have these options here - Im sure there would be strong demand for them?
Thanks for your question. These were trialled in the US but were never launched. If you would like this to be considered please contact the Customer Service Team by using the 'Contact Us' link at www.mcdonalds.co.uk or by calling the helpline on 08705 244622. (December 2010)

3. Why is banana milkshake not on the milkshake menus? What other flavour milkshakes are available in the UK that may not be on the menu?
The Banana Milkshake is still very much available on the menu at most, if not all, McDonald's restaurants. Like all menu items, the milkshakes are subject to demand and supply, and as a result restaurants can run out of stock of a particular flavour. With regards to the second part of your question, occasionally new promotional milkshakes are available for a limited period of time, so keep your eye out for upcoming promotions by checking www.mcdonalds.co.uk regularly.
