1. Why doesn't my local McDonald's seem to be able to get the makeup of salads right? Sometimes there's no croutons, others no italian cheese, sometimes even no dressing?
Thank you for your question. McDonald's is sorry to hear of your negative experience at one of its restaurants. Whichever salad you order should reach you in the very best condition, meeting the high standards that you expect from McDonald's. Croutons however are no longer available in McDonalds Salads. Should you feel that the service you are receiving is not good enough, please inform the restaurant manager who will ensure that you receive a fresh order and who can also investigate the reasons to your complaint. 2. Do you still get to have those little pots of salads instead of the fries in any meals because everyone I've tried to do that, the people always give the fries anyway and seem quite bad tempered when they have to change it to a salad.
McDonald's apologises for the inconvenience. Salad should always be available as an alternative to French Fries should you wish it. If you feel that you have received inadequate service, please let your local restaurant manager know. Alternatively, you can call the Customer Services Team on 08705 244 622, and they will be happy to listen to your complaints. (February 2009)
