Thank you for your question and sorry for our slow response - unfortunately your question seems to have slipped through, but the team are hard at work trying to answer all your questions.
McDonald's is sorry to hear that you are missing the Sundaes. They were a main menu item but were removed as part of a rationalisation programme (in other words, the menu was just getting too complicated to manage and some things had to go!). However, there are two other new tasty Sundaes available on the menu in the Strawberry Sundae and the Toffee Sundae.

McDonald's is pleased to hear that you enjoyed the hot fudge sundae; unfortunately, this was a promotional offer and, therefore, only available for a limited period. However, the company constantly reviews the products it offers and often re-introduces items that prove popular with customers. In the meantime, you might like to try the Toffee Sundae or one of the promotional McFlurries. (August 2007)

Thank you for your question. There are no current plans to introduce cookies to the menu. However, you never know. If there is a demand from customers for cookies, or there is a promotional campaign that cookies would be suited for, then you may just see them on the menu.

The Sundaes, including the Chocolate one, made way on the menu for the McFlurries a while back. However, you may be pleased to hear that they have made a return with the Strawberry Sundae and the Toffee Sundae now available.

McDonald’s reviews its menu options regularly. This is to ensure that customers enjoy their dining experience to the fullest. The Sundaes were brought back onto the menu by popular demand, and yes currently only the Strawberry Sundae is available. There is always the possibility that other flavours may be brought on to the menu next year.

McDonald’s is always listening to its customers. If demand for the other flavours is strong enough, you may well see them return to the menu in the near future.

McDonald’s believes all the Sundaes are delicious. But customer satisfaction is a high priority, and if demand is sufficient, Caramel and Chocolate Sundaes may make a return in the future.

McDonald’s is always interested in the views of its customers. If popular response demands the return of the Fudge Sundaes, then they may well make an appearance again.

The Sundaes were removed to make way for the McFlurries. But the good news is that the Strawberry Sundae is now back on the menu as a promotional item. McDonald’s may also bring back the Caramel Sundae in the future.

Currently only the strawberry is available, although it is quite likely that the other flavours will be available in the near future. Menus are not always identical across all countries. Each country develops certain menu items and promotions that are suitable for their local markets.
