- 1. Why is your Veggie Deluxe meal not available in most Macdonalds stores in UK? I have only seen the burger in one Macdonalds in Uxbridge, yet it is my favourite burger, as I am a vegetarian. Could you possible make it more widely available? I live in Hertfordshire, UK.

McDonald's apologises for any frustration you may have experienced. The Veggie Deluxe is only available in restaurants that show a high enough demand for it, and this limits the amount of restaurants you may be able to purchase it. It is great to hear that you enjoy the Veggie Deluxe burger, and you should let McDonald's know this directly. Please email McDonald's using the 'Contact Us' link at ww.mcdonalds.co.uk and let it be known that you want to see more of the Veggie Deluxe. However, in the mean time have you tried the Toasted Deli Spicy Veggie Sandwich? It is available in all restaurants across the UK and uses the same patty as the Veggie Deluxe.

What are these? Delicious Digg Reddit Facebook StumbleUpon - 2. This is the third email I've sent. Why don't you have a supply of Veggie Duluxe Burgers in ALL restaurants? How can you see which ones would benefit when they don't stock them? I can't eat the Spicy Veggie Melt which means that there is no vegetarian alternative.

Over the years, Mcdonald's has introduced and trialled different vegetarian products on the menu, such as the Quorn Premiere Burger and the Veggie Deluxe. Unfortunately, some products have not been popular with customers and as such they have been removed from the menu. In the case of the Veggie Deluxe, this burger proved to be popular and it therefore remained on the menu. However, research showed that its popularity varied across different areas of the country and this led to the Deluxe only being available in restaurants where the demand for it was high. The Veggie Deluxe is available in restaurants where the demand is high enough. So it seems that the demand in Nottingham for this menu item has declined, and it's therefore been discontinued. Sorry about that, but do ask your local manager or enquire with Customer Services if you would like to see it back on the menu.

The Veggie Deluxe is still on sale at those restaurants where it remains popular. There is no comprehensive list as such but if your local restaurant is not stocking it, perhaps you could mention this to the manager and see if he or she will order them.

Hi- My three children and myself are vegetarian and used to be able to get the veggie deluxe burger from Abergele branch - now its not available so we cannot go there- infact i cannot find it in any branch now-Would you be bringing it back in the future? even my parents who eat meat enjoy this veggie burger-( it was veg in breadcrumbs ) and are sad that it is no longer available- could you let me know if its possible to get this in again ??? Thanks alot !!

The Veggie Deluxe is still available in the stores in which the restaurant manager feels that there is still sufficient demand. This is approximately 300 restaurants. Unfortunately its lack of popularity has forced some managers to stop selling it. If this is a matter you feel strongly about please feel free to ask your local manager about this issue. Have you tried the Grilled Veggie Melt Toasted Deli Sandwich, which is available in all restaurants?

Unfortunately there are no restaurants in the Manchester area serving the Veggie Deluxe. Each restaurant bases its decision on whether to offer this burger on perceived customer demand. It might be worth mentioning this to your local restaurant manager. The Sundaes made way for the McFlurries a while back, but the good news is they are coming back this autumn, so keep an eye out in restaurants towards the end of September.

Where can we find a list of stores selling the Veggie duluxe, as your healthiest option (the veggie one) has got worse when you replaced it with the quorn one and now the deli sandwich is appalling.

A few earlier questions weren’t answered as well as they should have been. The site has received many questions about vegetarian options that were similar, and this accounts for the similarity of the answers given. These answers are now being reviewed. The Veggie Deluxe is still on sale at those restaurants where it remains popular. There is no list as such but if your local restaurant is not stocking it, perhaps you could mention this to the manager and see if he or she will order them.

McDonald’s does still offer the Veggie Deluxe, but only in certain restaurants – the ones where a demand has been shown for it.

The Veggie Deluxe is still being sold in certain restaurants where it remains popular. McDonald’s also introduced the Toasted Deli Sandwich range in 2005 which included the Veggie Melt to provide a new vegetarian option.
